I've taken the hard-won lessons from my own life (and there have been a lot), along with years of studying and training in several self-help practices and healing modalities to craft a coaching practice that draws on Reiki, breath-work, Human Design, Ayurveda, meditation, mindset, and intuitive guidance. My work is always led by the goal of helping you connect with your authentic self and build a life that honors and gives expression to your unique gifts.
